Meet Sarah Weaver, FNP-C, HN-BC, IFMCP
With a distinguished career dedicated to integrating holistic and functional medicine into nursing, Sarah Weaver brings not just a wealth of experience but a passion for advancing the practice of holistic nursing. Sarah operates a functional medicine practice called Entourage Health and the Holistic Nursing Certification Prep Course, a role in which she has successfully merged her expertise in holistic nursing education and advocacy with a groundbreaking certification program designed by her for nurses eager to expand their professional horizons.

Sarah’s journey into nursing and holistic health is rooted in a strong foundation from the University of Saint Francis, where she achieved Masters in Nursing in Family Practice, complemented by specialized certifications from the Institute for Functional Medicine and Holistic Nursing. Her commitment to lifelong learning is further evidenced by completion of Dr Amen’s Brain Health Coaching Certification, Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy, Association for the Advancement of Restorative Medicine’s Herbalism Fellowship, HeartMath Pracititioner training showcasing her holistic approach to healthcare.

Her professional career spans various roles, including serving in cardiac telemetry, medsurg and in a sliding scale clinic for the underserved. At Parkview Health, she was instrumental in integrating holistic nursing practices as both an Integrative Medicine Nurse Practitioner and Holistic Nursing Coordinator, building a  Holistic Nursing program across the Parkview system which was recognized for its excellence by Magnet and the American Holistic Nurses Association.
